Idaho Excelling in Campus Involvement

Chapter & Alumni News

With school being in session for about a month now, the men of Delta Omicron are getting into the swing of things. The fall semester here in Idaho is a promising one, with many events coming up. These men are working diligently to balance out their lives.

Recruitment finished up in the middle of August, and the Chapter gained seventeen great potential new members. There were also two young men who decided that they wanted to be involved in Greek life and have been a great fit in the house.

The involvement on campus has been spectacular over the past month. There have also been many opportunities to meet some wonderful men and women around campus through socials, university events, and involving with sorority philanthropies. The first vandal football game on September 8th had a great turnout of family, friends, and alumni. As we all know, Jerry Kramer was recently inducted into the NFL hall of fame, and being an alumni of this chapter, there were many members there in support for the dedication game.

The chapter has some exciting events in upcoming weeks. The house is holding their annual camp trip date dash on September 16th. The chapter will be hosting a cornhole tournament held on the 28th of September to help benefit St. Jude's Children Hospital. Also, on the 20th of October, the Vandals will be celebrating homecoming, welcoming all alumni and family.
