Ricardo F. Bau Memorial (Mu Iota - University of Hartford) Scholarship Fund

The Mu Iota Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity has been an influential force within the University of Hartford community since its founding in 1994. Hundreds of men have experienced the benefits of becoming a part of our Sigma Nu Brotherhood through our chapter; becoming better men, making lifelong friends, and forming a bond that serves us well in all our life's endeavors.

The Ricardo F. Bau Memorial Scholarship Fund was created to honor our late brother, who exemplified what it meant to be an incredible friend, partner, and citizen. Brother Bau’s love for life, adventure, friendship, and Disney was truly infectious. Ricardo approached every situation with optimism and a smile that could easily light up a room. With this fund, we look to honor Ricardo’s legacy with an annual scholarship that will be presented to a collegiate member of the Mu Iota Chapter who exemplifies the qualities that made our brother Ricardo one of a kind.
