The Fraternity’s Premier Leadership Development Experience

College of Chapters is an intense, interactive program for our collegiate chapter Commanders focusing on chapter management, leadership, and core competencies. The curriculum equips each Commander with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to lead a successful chapter while building a network of peers, alumni volunteers, and Fraternity staff for support throughout his term. Led by experienced staff members, alumni, and subject matter experts, the program emphasizes practical leadership strategies, and proven best practices, ensuring every participant returns to campus prepared to strengthen his chapter and advance Sigma Nu’s mission.
