This session will challenge you to consider all the ways in-person recruitment will be different with COVID restrictions and why hastily converting your typical approach isn’t the way to go. This session will present solutions for adapting events that are COVID-conscious, identify safe event suggestions, share some success stories from the fall, and help you teach your members how to engage virtually with potential members to supplement the in-person experience.
