Welcome to Sigma Nu's Recruitment Bluebook! Launched at the 63rd Grand Chapter in Austin, Texas, and updated in the spring of 2011, it is a step-by-step instruction manual on how to create a values-based, year-round recruitment plan. Until the Bluebook’s launch, VBR and the Recruitment Chairman's manual have been entirely theory based. The Bluebook is the next phase in VBR – it is the "nuts and bolts" or the "how to" of recruitment. For years, we have been telling you why you should recruit; and, now, we are showing you how. We believe the Recruitment Bluebook will revolutionize the way our chapters recruit.
We are challenging our chapters to not only create a year-round recruitment plan, but to actually use it. We want each chapter to use the Bluebook as a guide in being creative when developing a year-round recruitment plan that the chapter will buy into and use. We provide a number of plug-and-play templates that make this process even easier for you.
