Oklahoma State House Mom to Celebrate 100

Alice Simon, who'll soon turn 100, taught the Sigma Nu fraternity brothers so many lessons in her 20 years at Oklahoma State University.

For instance, the difference between a salad fork and dinner fork, and that a gentleman always stands up when a lady enters the room.

Beyond teaching etiquette to the likes of future U.S. senator Tom Coburn, the Sigma Nu house mother attended a gaggle of intramural games, along with performances such as "Varsity Review" and "Spring Sing."
