2025 Updates to the Fraternal Staff Team

Updates from Lexington

New Faces

As of June 1, 2025, the Fraternity is excited to announce that four new staff members have joined the team as Consultants for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Evan Brandau (Jacksonville State)

Evan graduated from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Business Economics in December 2024. During his time with the Iota Lambda Chapter, he served as Commander, Lt. Commander, and Social Chairman. He was also active in the Student Government Association as a Student Senator and as the Student Judiciary Advocate. Evan was born and raised in Millbrook, Alabama. His interests and hobbies include playing guitar, grilling, and watching sports.

 

Jacob Muncy (San Jose State)

Jacob graduated from San Jose State University in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration Management. During his time in the Zeta Iota Chapter, he served as Lt. Commander, House Manager, IFC Representative, and Philanthropy Chairman. As Lt. Commander, Jacob played an instrumental role in the re-chartering of the Zeta Iota Chapter. Jacob was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California, and his interests include water polo, swimming, and watching motorsports. Outside of the Fraternity, Jacob has worked as a swim coach and instructor lifeguard. After his time on staff, Jacob plans to return to school to earn his master’s in education.

Dalton Nichols (Florida)

Dalton graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in political science in May 2023 and a master's degree in sports management in the summer of 2025. While a member of the Epsilon Zeta Chapter, Dalton served as Recorder and Historian and on several committees. While in graduate school, he served as the Communications Advisor for the Epsilon Zeta Alumni Advisory Board. Outside of Sigma Nu, Dalton was a member of the UF Model United Nations team, Order of Omega, and ThriveIFC. Dalton is originally from Naples, Florida, and has a passion for traveling, sports, music, and making new memories with friends. In the future, he hopes to pursue a law degree and work in the sports industry.

Jacob Rodriguez (Central Arkansas)

Jacob graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2025 with a degree in English. During his time in the Lambda Phi Chapter, Jacob served as Lt. Commander, LEAD Chairman, Scholarship Chairman, and IFC delegate. On campus, Jacob served as the President of the UCA Ambassador program, student staff in the office of Student Life and Admissions, and a senior class representative for the Student Government Association. Jacob was inducted into the Purple Society, Order of Omega, and Sigma Tau Delta. Jacob grew up in Foreman, Arkansas, and enjoys driving, listening to music, and talking with friends. In the future, Jacob plans to obtain a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education and work on a university campus.

Changing Roles

The Fraternity is pleased to announce changes in roles for three current staff members.

Chaysen Babcock (Northern Arizona)

Starting July 1, 2025, Chaysen will assume the role of the Fraternity’s Associate Director of Expansion & Recruitment. As Associate Director, Chaysen will help lead the Fraternity’s reestablishment efforts at campuses across the country, including the Fraternity’s expansion to Shenandoah University this fall. In addition to the Fraternity’s expansions, Chaysen will also help oversee the development of recruitment resources and programs to assist chapters in growing memberships committed to the Fraternity’s honorable Mission. Before moving into this new role, Chaysen served as an Expansion Consultant and project manager for the Fraternity’s expansion efforts at San Jose State University,  Cal Poly Pomona, San Diego State University, and Miami University in Ohio. Chaysen first joined the General Fraternity Staff in June 2023 after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in public health.

Reagan Basil (Furman)

Starting July 1, 2025, Regan will assume the role of Associate Director of Chapter Services, taking over the responsibilities previously held by Ryan Perry (Southern Mississippi). In this position, Reagan will support a portfolio of chapters and will assist Scott Smith (Central Arkansas), Director of Leadership Development, and Austin Lloyd (Arkansas-Fort Smith), Director of Chapter Services, with the development of educational programs and collegiate officer resources. Reagan joined the General Fraternity Staff in June of 2022. He graduated from Furman University in May of 2022 with a degree in Communication Studies. For the past three years, Reagan has served as a Leadership Consultant supporting chapters in the mid-Atlantic and midwestern regions of the United States.

Ricardo Guevara (Central Arkansas)

Starting July 1, 2025, Ricardo will assume the role of Associate Director of Chapter Finance & Membership. In this role, he will assist Nick Murphy (Kentucky), Chief Financial Officer, and Anthony Tornini (Central Oklahoma), Director of Chapter Finance and Membership, in managing chapter billing and collections and maintaining chapter membership records. Ricardo joined the General Fraternity Staff in June 2023 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in health sciences with a concentration in health services administration. For the past two years, Ricardo has served as a Leadership Consultant, supporting chapters on the West Coast of the United States. 

Departing Staff

The Fraternity bids good luck and Godspeed to two outgoing staff members.

Ryan Perry (Southern Mississippi)

Ryan joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2021. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in May 2021 with a degree in print journalism. For the past two years, Ryan has served the Fraternity as the Associate Director of Chapter Services, overseeing a small portfolio of collegiate chapters and assisting the Fraternity’s education department with the development of educational programs and collegiate officer resources.

 

 

Kevin Egan (Missouri)

Kevin joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2024. He graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2024 with a degree in Finance and Banking. Over the past year, Kevin served the Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant, supporting chapters in the Southeast.
