Updated Coronavirus Advisory – March 13, 2020
To assist members, chapters, and alumni entities in navigating the impact of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak is having on colleges and universities throughout the country, the General Fraternity has created a dedicated coronavirus disease webpage at www.sigmanu.org/coronavirus with all issued statements and available chapter and alumni entity resources.
Resources highlighted on the webpage include:
- Guidance on conducting chapter operations virtually.
- Tips for house corporations.
- Guidance and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
- Guidance on effectively coping with the stress, fear, and anxiety the coronavirus outbreak may be causing to chapter members.
- An example Coronavirus Management Plan from the Mu Kappa (Southeast Missouri) Chapter.
Additional resources are being developed by the staff team and will be published on the webpage. Important announcements will continue to be communicated via email as well as posting to our coronavirus webpage.
