Tim Braddick (Cincinnati) serves as the Director of Fraternal Operations. He is responsible for the management of the Director of Risk Reduction and the Director of Expansion & Recruitment.
He actively assists with conducting high-profile risk reduction investigations, developing remediation plans, and provides advisory support to chapters in navigating University conduct processes. He assists in identifying and selecting campuses to recolonize and colonize and provides support to the Expansion and Recruitment staff who are active re/colonizing Sigma Nu Chapters.
Additionally, he serves as the primary meeting and event coordinator for Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc.
He has extensive knowledge of strategic planning and execution, budget management, project management, conflict resolution, and mediation.
Tim was born in Cleveland, OH, and received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, with a focus on law enforcement and addiction studies, from the University of Cincinnati in 2005. He initiated the Eta Lambda Chapter in 2001. He resides in Lexington, Va. with his wife and family. He’s active in the community having served on the Board of Directors for the Rockbridge YMCA, Lexington-Rockbridge Chamber of Commerce (Treasurer 2018), and Woods Creek Montessori. Tim also served as a youth group director at his local church from 2012-2014. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, any exercise activity, college football, and golf. He cheers for all professional Cleveland sports teams, as well as, UC Bearcats and Ohio State football.
