The 10% Challenge was introduced in 2006 at the 62nd Grand Chapter to give our collegiate chapters ownership in the growth of the Fraternity. The Challenge is posed to you: increase the number of men pledged and initiated into your chapter by 10% from the previous year. The 10% Challenge is by choice; only those chapters accepting the challenge are able to participate.

How to Sign-up
Create a Year-Round Recruitment Plan (YRP) based on Sigma Nu's Recruitment Bluebook. Never heard of the Bluebook? Please visit: www.sigmanu.org/vbrbluebook.
