
The 10% Challenge was introduced in 2006 at the 62nd Grand Chapter to give our collegiate chapters ownership in the growth of the Fraternity. The Challenge is posed to you: increase the number of men pledged and initiated into your chapter by 10% from the previous year. The 10% Challenge is by choice; only those chapters accepting the challenge are able to participate.

How to Sign-up
Create a Year-Round Recruitment Plan (YRP) based on Sigma Nu's Recruitment Bluebook. Never heard of the Bluebook? Please visit: www.sigmanu.org/vbrbluebook. Once you have a comprehensive plan created, submit it with the rest of your Pursuit of Excellence materials. Once turned in and approved, you will be signed up for the 10% Challenge. Below are the steps to signing up:
- Download the Year-round Recruitment Plan Template
- Create a YRR based on The Recruitment Bluebook
- Attach the YRP to your Pursuit of Excellence submission and email to pep
@sigmanu.org
Incentives
There are several incentives for chapters with the highest percentage increases of initiated members over the previous academic year.
- Up to $300 in T-Shirts from one our the four new designs
- 2. A 3ft x 6ft banner customized for your chapter
- Three hundred (300) I ♥ ΣN Buttons
