The Fraternity has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to help collect stories from as many brothers as possible. PCI will soon be contacting alumni via mailed postcard, phone, and email asking them to participate by updating their contact information and sharing their Sigma Nu experience.

Whether you’ve been initiated for five years or 50, your voice is important to the legacy and story of Sigma Nu. What Sigma Nu story will you share?

With more than 185,000 living alumni, it would take many years to meet with every Sigma Nu individually. By partnering with PCI, we can access their trained staff of real, live human beings who are excited to listen to what our alumni have to share. PCI will also help collect and assemble the stories into the “Our Story” book that we can share with all Sigma Nu brothers.
Please note that we have shared your contact information with PCI only for use in conjunction with this project. We have NOT sold your contact information or otherwise used it for outside marketing purposes.
This project is being done at no cost to all Sigma Nu alumni, so, no, there is no expectation to purchase anything. The project is completely funded by those alumni who choose to purchase a copy of “Our Story” that will be produced at the end of the project.
Various book packages will be offered, as well as other Sigma Nu merchandise including a branded duffel bag, sweatshirt, and tee shirt. You are welcome to purchase these items, but you are not required to do so to participate in the project or order a copy of “Our Story.”
The simple fact is that we would never be able to take on this project without the support of our alumni and the partnership with PCI, and a special thanks to those brothers who participate and those who choose to purchase a copy of the book.
Alumni will be receiving email and postcard communications soon from the PCI team with instructions on how to participate. This communication will invite alumni to share their stories and take part in this first-of-its-kind project to honor the experience and voices of Sigma Nu alumni.
The PCI team will collect stories until January 27, 2023. After that, PCI will enter a post-production phase, which will include the process of editing, layout, printing, and binding. Distribution of purchased books is anticipated to occur in late summer/early fall 2023.
