Navigators is designed for brothers who have identified a potential career field and want a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed in that profession.
Participants are placed into small groups with brothers who share similar career interests and are paired with alumni mentors who have professional experience in the field. Topics often include:

- Job searching and networking strategies
