Biography

A native of Galloway, New Jersey, Reagan joined the General Fraternity Staff in June of 2022. He graduated from Furman University in May of 2022 with a degree in Communication Studies. Reagan currently serves the General Fraternity as the Associate Director of Chapter Services. During his tenure with the Kappa Chi Chapter, Reagan held several leadership roles, including Treasurer, Community Service & Philanthropy Chairman, Homecoming Chairman, Formal Chairman, and Wellness Committee Chairman, a chapter-specific program designed to help brothers reach physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Outside of his fraternal experience, Reagan was a four-year student manager of the Furman Men's basketball team, including the team's first-ever game as a top 25-ranked team in December of 2018. Reagan's hobbies include playing golf, watching sports and movies, and playing card games. His favorite sports teams include the New York Giants, Mets, and Knicks, as well as the New Jersey Devils.

Biography

Jay graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry in May 2026. During his time in the Theta Gamma Chapter, Jay served as the Commander, Treasurer, Recorder, and Social Events Chairman. On campus at Southern Miss, he served as a university ambassador, member of the professional orientation staff, and campus tour guide. Jay was also inducted into the Southern Miss Hall of Fame. Jay is from Jackson, Mississippi, and enjoys Formula 1, spending time with friends, and discovering new music.

Biography

Tucker graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Agricultural Business in May 2026. As a member of the Mu Upsilon Chapter, Tucker served as Commander, Public Relations Chairman, and Philanthropy Chairman. Outside the Fraternity, he served in various campus leadership roles, including IFC VP of Administration, SGA Senator, and Student Representative for the College of Forestry and Agriculture. Tucker was born and raised in Longview, Texas, and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, and anything outdoors.

Biography

Will graduated from Gettysburg College in May of 2026 with a degree in Environmental Science. During his time at the Zeta Sigma Chapter, Will served in many positions, most notably Commander, Lt. Commander, and Recruitment Chairman. By holding these positions, Will played a critical role in ensuring the Zeta Sigma Chapter continued at Gettysburg College, growing the chapter from 3 members to 23 by the time he graduated. Will is from Paoli, Pennsylvania, and enjoys hiking, camping, birdwatching, photography, and music.

Biography

Austin serves as the Director of Chapter Services. His responsibilities include the development of officer resources, co-management of the consultant team, and oversight of the Helping Hand Initiative and Best Practices Library. He also manages the Pursuit of Excellence Program's Chapter Support Program.

Biography

Jacob joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2025. He graduated from San Jose State University in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration Management. During his time in the Zeta Iota Chapter, he served as Lt. Commander, House Manager, IFC Representative, and Philanthropy Chairman. As Lt. Commander, Jacob played an instrumental role in the re-chartering of the Zeta Iota Chapter. Jacob was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California, and his interests include water polo, swimming, and watching motorsports. Outside of the fraternity, Jacob has worked as a swim coach and an instructor lifeguard.

Biography

Jacob joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2025. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2025 with a degree in English. During his time in the Lambda Phi Chapter, Jacob served as Lt. Commander, LEAD Chairman, Scholarship Chairman, and IFC delegate. On campus, Jacob served as the President of the UCA Ambassador program, as a student staff member in the office of Student Life and Admissions, and as a senior class representative for the Student Government Association. Jacob was inducted into the Purple Society, Order of Omega, and Sigma Tau Delta. Jacob grew up in Foreman, Arkansas, and enjoys driving, listening to music, and talking with friends.
