We are pleased to announce the Theta Eta Alumni Chapter leadership have partnered with the Sigma Nu Educational Foundation in Lexington, Va. to secure our future at NIU and enhance the experience of our undergraduate members. We have created the Theta Eta Chapter Educational Fund which will finance our two most essential strategic initiatives:
- $250,000 down payment to purchase our chapter house at 1114 Blackhawk Road. After 55-years and eleven fraternity house locations – we will finally have an ownership position!
- $250,000 to remodel, modernize and reconfigure spaces within the chapter house.
To purchase is not enough. We need to meet 21st century standards for today’s college student. - $250,000 to fully fund our scholarship goal of issuing $10,000 annually (based on need and merit) to undergraduate members of Theta Eta chapter.
To achieve these goals, we are excited to announce four (4) strategic-giving options for you to participate in the campaign to fulfill our mission.

- One-Time Gift
