Congratulations to Lambda Epsilon Chapter alumnus Michael Manoogian (pictured right) on his appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank, where he and the team at STOMP Athletics secured an investment deal during episode 17 of Season 17. Manoogian, who serves as Head of Sales, joined Founder and CEO David Gonzales in pitching the company’s innovative traction solution for court-based sports, ultimately earning backing from investor Kevin O’Leary. Founded to address a long-standing challenge for basketball and volleyball players, STOMP Athletics produces reusable traction mats that eliminate the need for disposable sticky sheets. The company’s patented products help athletes maintain grip during play while reducing both waste and long-term costs.

The Lambda Epsilon Chapter at Texas Christian University led the campus fraternity community in philanthropic impact this fall, raising the most funds at TCU in support of the Movember Foundation throughout November 2025. In total, the brothers generated an impressive $32,000 for the global organization dedicated to advancing men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and cancer research. This year’s fundraising effort set a new chapter record and stands as a testament to the chapter’s collective commitment to service and advocacy for men’s health initiatives. Special recognition goes to Benton Ross, who contributed the highest individual fundraising total.

Brothers from the Lambda Epsilon Chapter were recognized for their outstanding achievements in the TCU Sales Center during the Fall 2025 TCU Sales Program Awards. Their performance reflects both professional excellence and a commitment to personal development. Award recipients included Vincent Pieri and Torrance DiGrazia, who earned the Hub Hustle Cold Call Award; William Kopp, recognized for Best Customer Business Review; Ben Isernhagen, honored for Best Overall Elevator Pitch; and Chris Kilayko, who received the Spin Master Award.

This fall, Lambda Epsilon Chapter brothers Zander Mathes, PJ Carpenter, Chris Taylor, and Charles Seymore participated in a networking trip to New York City as part of the university’s Transaction and Investment Professionals (TIP) program. This exclusive cohort program is designed to prepare sophomores for careers in investment banking. During their visit, the brothers connected with multiple corporate finance firms and networked with TCU alumni, gaining invaluable insights from prominent business leaders. A highlight of the trip was meeting Lambda Epsilon alumnus Jim Spencer, TD Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
