Over the weekend of May 2, the Gamma Delta Chapter at Stevens Institute of Technology celebrated its 125th Anniversary with a memorable evening that brought together more than 100 alumni and undergraduate brothers. Held in a new campus facility overlooking the Hudson River and Lower Manhattan, the event honored the chapter’s rich history while highlighting its continued impact. The program featured remarks from collegiate chapter Commander Nicholas Trbovich and Immediate Past Commander Philip Bone, followed by Stevens President Dr. Nariman Farvardin, who spoke about the university’s long-term vision and recognized Sigma Nu alumni serving on the Board of Trustees. The celebration also included the presentation of the chapters’s 125th Anniversary certificate and remarks highlighting unique aspects of the chapter’s founding. Event organizer, Brother Noah Czuj, was instrumental in coordinating the celebration, which also included a tour of the chapter’s historic home, widely noted for its impressive preservation and architectural detail. Additional attendees included Dean of Students Kenneth Nilson and Gamma Delta alumni Division Commander Matt Smith, and 2012 Scholar of the Year John Ziegler. Alumni from the 1970s further commemorated the milestone with a $2,500 gift to the chapter.

This past November, the Gamma Delta Chapter at Stevens Institute of Technology hosted Paws With Purpose, a philanthropic event dedicated to supporting several meaningful causes. Organized in partnership with the Stevens chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon, the program brought students together for an engaging event centered on service and awareness. Thanks to the generosity of attendees who donated or stopped by to show their support, proceeds from the event benefited the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa & Associated Disorders, and the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation.
