Brothers of the Delta Rho Chapter at Colorado State University gave back to their local community on April 19 by participating in CSUnity, a community-wide day of service held as part of the university’s 2026 F/S Fest. The chapter joined volunteers from across the fraternity and sorority community for spring cleanup projects, assisting local residents with outdoor work and beautification efforts.

Jonathan Ng, an alumnus of the Delta Rho Chapter at Colorado State University, received a top honor at the 2026 Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values West Conference (AFLV West). Brother Ng was presented with the Outstanding Fraternity/Sorority Advisor Award. He currently serves as Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at University of California, Santa Barbara.

This past fall, the Delta Rho Chapter at Colorado State University partnered with the CSU chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta to host Battle of the Bands, a high-energy philanthropy event benefiting CASA of Larimer County. Held at the Sigma Nu house, the event drew an estimated 200-300 attendees and featured performances by three local bands, creating an electric atmosphere and strong campus support. Thanks to the outstanding turnout and generosity of those in attendance, the event surpassed its fundraising goal and raised just under $6,000 in support of CASA’s mission to advocate for children in the foster care system. While this marked the first year hosting the fundraiser in a Battle of the Bands format, Sigma Nu has proudly hosted benefit concerts for CASA over the past several years.

Over the weekend of September 19-20, more than 250 brothers, family members, and friends gathered in Fort Collins to celebrate Delta Rho Chapter‘s 110th anniversary, a weekend marked by tradition, recognition, and renewed commitment to the future of Sigma Nu at Colorado State University. The festivities began on Friday evening with a reception where alumni reconnected across generations. Andrew Walz was honored as Alumni Volunteer of the Biennium, and Chuck Swain received recognition as the alumnus with the lowest badge number in attendance. Saturday’s events included a spirited tailgate and anniversary banquet. Richard “Mark” Liebetrau was recognized as the lowest badge number present, and Connor Grogan was honored for five years of service as Chapter Advisor.
