In June, Brother Nate Kirschman of the Epsilon Mu Chapter at Butler University was featured by the university as part of their “Current Bulldog Stories” series for the positive impact fraternity membership has had on his collegiate experience and leadership development. A finance and economics major from Cleveland, Ohio, Kirschman credited Sigma Nu with providing a supportive community that encouraged him to become involved across campus, step outside his comfort zone, and pursue leadership opportunities he never imagined before college. Serving as the chapter’s Lieutenant Commander, he developed valuable leadership and communication skills by motivating brothers to engage in service, alumni relations, and chapter activities. Kirschman also highlighted Sigma Nu’s commitment to academic accountability, service, and philanthropy, noting that the brotherhood has played a central role in both his personal growth and sense of belonging at Butler.
