2026 Staff Reunion

General Schedule

All structured activities will take place on the Sigma Nu Headquarters campus.
 
The day of Saturday, June 12, is dedicated to allowing current and former staff members and their families and guests to explore Lexington, Rockbridge County, and the surrounding area. For ideas on what to do, visit the Lexington and Rockbridge Area Tourism Website. Some structured recreational activities are being organized. In advance of the reunion, instructions for participating in those activities will be communicated to registered attendees.

Q:    What dates should I travel? 
A:    The reunion is June 12-14, 2026 with an optional early arrival day on June 11. Unless you elect to arrive on June 11, you should plan to arrive by late afternoon on June 12. Attendees are welcome to depart at any time on June 14. 
 
Q:    Where should I stay?     
A:    We’ve arranged a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn – Col Alto and Tru by Hilton. To secure a room in our hotel blocks, please call the number for the applicable hotel provided below. When you call, tell the person answering that you are calling to reserve a room in the Sigma Nu Fraternity room block.

- Hampton Inn – Col Alto ($199 nightly room rate):  (540) 600-3410. Cut-off date to secure a reservation at the Hampton Inn - Col Alto is May 13, 2026.
- Tru by Hilton ($190 nightly room rate for 2 Queen Beds and $170 nightly room rate for 1 King Bed): (540) 254-7630. Cut-off date to secure a reservation at the Tru by Hilton is May 12, 2026.
 
You can find a listing of alternative lodging in Lexington here. Lodging in Lexington can oftentimes be limited. Attendees are encouraged to secure their hotel room reservation as soon as possible. 
 
Q:    What is the registration deadline? 
A:    May 8, 2026
 
Q:    Can I cancel my registration? 
A:    Yes, but we need to receive your request for cancellation in writing. Please submit your cancellation via email to headquarters@sigmanu.org. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation reply and refund.  
 
Q:    What airport should I fly into? 
A:    Roanoke Regional Airport [airport code ROA]. You will be responsible for coordinating your transportation from the airport to Lexington. 
 
Q:     What about ground transportation? 
A:    For those flying into Roanoke, you can view rental car options here.

Q:     Who should I bring? 
A:    Spouses/partners, children, and other guests are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Q:     What should I wear? 
A:    The dress code is neat-casual for all events (khaki shorts, collared polo, or shirt). As you know, the summer in Lexington is typically hot and humid. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.
