RESPONSE ABILITY is a program which addresses bystander behavior – when we see something happening that we know is not right and we do nothing. We say nothing. This first version of this project focuses on those behaviors on the college campus: hazing, drug/alcohol abuse, racism, homophobia, eating disorders, sexual assaults, and other inappropriate and unhealthy behaviors.
As members of Sigma Nu, we holistically believe in the concept of accountability. With that comes the responsibility of NOT being a bystander…but, being the one to stand up and ensure that those members who are not doing what is right, are held accountable!
All of our consultants are armed with the DVD and the training to facilitate this session…we encourage you to explore this program and to see how important…and easy…it is to make a difference!
