UTK Building New House

The Sigma Nu house is the only house in Fraternity Park that has been demolished to be re-built from the ground up. The new, $2.1 million house is slated to re-open in spring 2010, according to the university chapter's Web site, http://web.utk.edu/~sigmanu.
