After a brief period of dormancy, Sigma Nu is returning to recolonize the Mu Upsilon Chapter at Stephen F. Austin State University. A select group of men will have the opportunity to create an entirely different Fraternity experience by building an organization from the ground up. In turn, these men will shape and guide our organization to become what they believe a Fraternity should be.
Sigma Nu is committed to its founding principles of Love, Honor and Truth, and has stood in firm opposition to hazing since being founded in 1869 at the Virginia Military Institute. We are looking for outstanding men who want to get involved on campus, gain valuable leadership skills and training, develop themselves personally and professionally, create meaningful and lifelong relationships and get the most out of their collegiate experience.
This is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a truly outstanding organization and create a legacy of honor. The traditions started here will be known 50 to 100 years from now and will be started by the men who join today.
