2008 Sigma Nu Institute Participant Packet
The Sigma Nu Institute’s curriculum is designed to assist with the officer transition process and learning curve that accompanies taking on new positions of chapter leadership. Both newly elected and mid-term officers will benefit from the program through increased exposure and education on the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully and effectively perform their duties.
The Sigma Nu Institutes are designed for and directed at the training of specific officers, namely:
- Commanders
- Lt. Commanders
- Marshals
- Recruitment Chairmen
Our goal is to provide a positive learning environment where participants can grow and improve as officers and more fully understand the organizational structure of the General Fraternity.
The Sigma Nu Institute is the Fraternity’s regional training program for Commanders, Lt. Commanders, Marshals, Recruitment Chairmen, and corresponding Alumni Volunteers. Its purpose is to give participants the knowledge and skills to effectively run their chapters.
