Sigma Nu Returning To Ashland University

Lexington, Va. – Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. is pleased to announce the recolonization of our Eta Psi Chapter at Ashland University during the fall semester of 2014. The Fraternity is looking forward to working with administrators, alumni and students to reestablish a positive presence on campus for years to come.
Sigma Nu is committed to its founding principles of Love, Honor and Truth, and has stood in firm opposition to hazing since our founding in 1869 at the Virginia Military Institute.
Originally founded in 1967, the Eta Psi Chapter was an active member of the AU Greek community until closing in 1991. Now, Sigma Nu is returning to campus to reestablish the chapter and pursue its vision of Excelling with Honor.
As a part of this process, Sigma Nu will be offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to a select group of exceptional men to rebuild Sigma Nu at Ashland. Collectively, these men will define what fraternity means for them and create the positive traditions that will last for years to come.
The Fraternity is looking for outstanding men who want to get involved on campus, gain valuable leadership skills, develop themselves personally and professionally, create meaningful and lifelong relationships and get the most out of their collegiate experience.
